  1. 'one system' includes following fees.
    one booth (one table and two chairs), IP address (free), electricity and tech support.
  2. If additional booths are required, 10,000 yen per booth will be added.
Test Selection - Domains, Profiles and Actors
Radiology / Cardiology / Laboratory / Endoscopy / IT Infrastructure / Radiation Oncology / Patient Care Device

Please check the list of profiles and actors (including options) in the application system.
Also, refer to http://www.ihe.net/Technical_Framework/index.cfm for profiles, too.

If there are not enough participating systems to conduct a necessary testing for some profile and actor, then this profile and actor would not be judged in this year's connectathon.

How to make a reservation

Please register with the application system linked bellow.
Registration of systems, profiles and actors should be made with Gazelle separately.

1.   In the first page, please create your company account (one account for one company).
2.   The system environment questionnaire is included in the system. Please answer by the deadline.
3.   Please note if the required information is missing, then the application cannot be accepted.
4.   When registering with Gazelle, please submit IHE Integration Statements and DICOM Conformance Statements (if the system uses DICOM) for all systems.

Workshop 1		 If you are new to IHE-J Connectathon, be sure to join.
April 26 - May 31 Application
for participation		 Please register with IHE-J Connectathon Application System (available soon). After your application is accepted, you can register your systems with Gazelle.
From May Recruitment of judges We wellcome user side judges working for medical institutions. Necessary seminars will be held for judges so please join.
July 3 (Tue) Vendor
Workshop 2		 Available only for members of companies registered for IHE-J 2018 Connectathon. We will talk about this year's connectathon details including scenarios and pre test infromation.
