"IHE symposium" was done in CARS2006 held at the Osaka international conference center on July 1, 2006.

Mr.Chris Carr(RSNA) explained IHE in the title of "IHE:Progress in Integrating Clinical Specialties and the Electronic Health Record".

Moreover, Dr.Kimura (Hamamatsu University), Dr.Yokoi (Kagawa University), Dr.Oku (The University of Tokyo),Dr.Ando (National Institute of Radiological Sciences)and Mr.Ozeki(Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation) etc. , and was a panel discussion with the speakers at the end.

The participant was 60 people and was flourishing.
